Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is participating in the informal summit of the heads of state of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) being held in Kazakhstan's Turkistan.
The Azerbaijani president was welcomed by Kazakhstan's President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev upon arrival at the summit venue, Caliber.Az reports per the presidential press-service.
President Aliyev and the other leaders attending the gathering also posed for an official group photograph ahead of the talks.
