Five people were injured after a drone strike hit a passenger bus in Russia’s Bryansk region, according to regional governor Alexander Bogomaz.


In a statement, Bogomaz said the attack was carried out by Ukrainian forces and described it as a targeted strike on civilian transport. “The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a targeted strike on a passenger bus. As a result of the terrorist attack, unfortunately, the driver and four passengers were injured,” he said.


The injured, including the bus driver and four passengers, were transported to a hospital where they are receiving all necessary medical care, the governor added.
