Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said it detained a resident of Sevastopol accused of attempting to organise the smuggling of weapons and military equipment from Russia to Ukraine.
According to the FSB, the detainee had established contact with an officer of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) through Telegram.
The agency did not provide further details about the alleged weapons transfer or the identity of the detainee.
