Iranian security forces have carried out large-scale raids in the western provinces of Kurdistan Province and Kermanshah Province, resulting in more than 200 arrests, according to reports cited by Tasnim News Agency.


Authorities also said that weapons, ammunition, and explosive devices were seized during the operations.


According to Tehran’s account, those detained are allegedly members of “anti-government groups” and are said to have links to foreign intelligence services, including Mossad.
