Ukrainian defence forces have carried out a drone strike on the city of Cherepovets in Russia’s northwestern Vologda Oblast, Ukrainian media reports. 


According to open-source intelligence (OSINT) monitoring accounts, the PhosAgro chemical plant was hit by at least two drones during the incident.



There has been no official confirmation from the Ukrainian General Staff regarding the reported strike.
