A theft has been reported at the Church of St. Arutyun in Armenia’s Ararat region.
The incident took place five days ago, Armenian media reports.
Police said the case materials have been transferred to Armenia’s Investigative Committee, which confirmed that a criminal case has been opened on suspicion of theft.
An investigation is underway to establish the circumstances of the incident.
