Uzbekistan and Türkiye have signed a document on cooperation in radiation and nuclear safety.


The document was signed by Uzbekistan’s Scientific and Technical Centre for Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Turkish company NÜTED (Nuclear Technical Support Joint Stock Company) during the 70th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Caliber.Az reported, citing Uzbek media.


The sides plan to develop scientific research, strengthen technical and analytical expertise, and provide training and professional development for specialists.
