Explosions reportedly struck the grounds of Sebryakovcement JSC in Russia’s Volgograd region, according to the Ateo Breaking Telegram channel.
Authorities had earlier issued a missile and drone alert in the area. Emergency crews then deployed to the cement plant following reports of explosions.
Officials have not yet provided details on what caused the blasts or whether the incident caused casualties or damage.
