Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has appointed new ambassadors to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
Under presidential decrees, Alimirzamin Askerov was relieved of his duties as Azerbaijan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Tajikistan and appointed ambassador to Kazakhstan, Caliber.Az reports, citing the official website of the president.
Alimirzamin Askerov replaced Aghalar Atamoglanov, who was recalled from the post.
Elkhan Gahraman has been appointed Azerbaijan's new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Tajikistan.
