Azerbaijan and Moldova have discussed strengthening their strategic partnership, including maintaining high-level political dialogue and deepening mutual support in international organisations.
During the talks, the sides – Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Moldovan counterpart Mihai Popșoi – stressed the importance of continuing high-level political dialogue and deepening mutual support within international organisations, including the UN, OSCE and others, Caliber.Az reports, citing Bayramov’s post on X.
“We explored practical ways to give stronger momentum to our economic partnership, focusing on boosting trade turnover, expanding energy and renewables collaboration, and developing resilient transport and logistics ties. We emphasized the value of facilitating direct connections between our business communities, encouraging mutual investment flows, and unlocking new opportunities in tourism and commercial cooperation. We also touched upon regional security situation,” he wrote.
