Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom have discussed the formulation and adoption of a comprehensive roadmap aimed at deepening bilateral cooperation in transport and digital development.

Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev made the remarks following a meeting with British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Duncan Norman, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The sides discussed expanding bilateral cooperation in transport, digital development, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity, Nabiyev said in a post on X.

“We exchanged views on the contribution the UK can make to the development of the Middle Corridor, as well as opportunities to cooperate with leading British companies on implementing data centre and other digital infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan,” Nabiyev said.
