Azerbaijan–Türkiye relations have reached an unparalleled level, driven by the shared vision of the two countries’ leaders and their regular high-level contacts, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.

FM Bayramov made the remarks during a joint press briefing with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Baku, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

He noted that contacts between Azerbaijan and Türkiye are maintained on a regular basis, with the frequency of high-level meetings serving as a key indicator of the special nature of bilateral relations.

“It should be noted that our relations have no equivalent in the world. It is particularly important to emphasise the shared vision of the two countries’ leaders. In 2025–2026, the leaders of Azerbaijan and Türkiye visited each other’s countries eight times, which also demonstrates the level of our relations,” Bayramov underlined.
