Two people were killed and another injured in a night-time attack in Ukraine’s southern Odesa region, according to regional authorities.

Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, said one attack drone struck a private residential building in Odesa, sparking a fire. The bodies of the two victims were later recovered from under the rubble, Caliber.Az reports.

He added that another “Shahed”-type drone hit a 12-storey residential building, leaving one person injured.

Damage was also reported at energy, industrial, and transport facilities across the region, officials said.
