Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a phone conversation on April 10 with his French counterpart Jean-Noël Barrot, focusing on regional security and bilateral cooperation, Pakistan’s foreign ministry said on X.


During the call, Barrot congratulated Pakistan on its role in helping secure an initial ceasefire agreement and voiced support for Islamabad’s continued efforts to promote a diplomatic Caliber.Az reports. 






Both ministers expressed concern over serious violations of the ceasefire in Lebanon and stressed the importance of full implementation and adherence to the agreement.


The two sides also reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations, expanding economic and trade cooperation, and agreed to maintain close contact.
