Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he is studying Russian at the Public Administration Academy and called on government officials to expand their foreign-language skills.
Pashinyan stressed that civil servants should learn foreign languages and not limit themselves to English.
Meanwhile, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan proposed taking foreign-language proficiency into account when assessing the performance of civil servants.
