On September 17, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva paid a visit to Shamakhi district.
The first couple visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the centre of Shamakhi, Caliber.Az reports per official website of the Azerbaijani president.
