The ongoing normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia is the most significant positive geopolitical development in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the South Caucasus, according to international rating agency Moody’s.

The agency’s analysts emphasized that stronger normalization supports regional stability, improves connectivity and creates new opportunities for trade and transport links across the Caucasus, Caliber.Az reports.

However, they cautioned that implementation risks related to the peace process agreements remain, while the durability of recent progress has yet to be assessed.
