award ceremony held in the presence of President Ilham Aliyev,

highest state award — the highest degree of the “Dostlik” Order. It
is a symbol of respect and recognition of your tremendous
contributions to strengthening Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations based on
eternal friendship, strategic partnership and alliance."
