TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, August 23. Uzbekistan was
the first country to provide practical assistance to Azerbaijan in
the reconstruction of Karabakh by implementing a number of
important projects in the region, President Ilham Aliyev said
during the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council of the
Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, Trend's special correspondent
reports.
