Representatives of Azerbaijan's Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) visited a military unit of the Land Forces in line with the 2026 joint action plan signed by the Ministry of Defence and the Ombudsman's Office.


During the visit, the delegation reviewed the living conditions and logistical support provided to military personnel. They also inquired about the health of servicemen receiving treatment at the unit's medical facility and the medical care being provided, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.


At a meeting with the servicemen, the participants discussed issues related to the protection of human rights, and representatives of the Ombudsman's Office answered questions raised by the personnel.
