A drone crashed onto a beach crowded with holidaymakers in the Russian Black Sea resort of Gelendzhik on Monday (August 3), killing four people, including a child, regional authorities said.


The operational headquarters of Russia's Krasnodar region said 10 other people were injured, including two children.


According to the authorities, two adults and one child were taken to hospital for treatment, while the remaining casualties received medical assistance at the scene and did not require hospitalisation.
