BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 22. Pakistan and Qatar,
which are mediating the dialogue between the US and Iran, announced
the completion of the first phase of talks in Bürgenstock,
Switzerland.


This is stated in a joint statement by the mediating
countries.


The meeting was reported to have taken place in a constructive
and positive atmosphere.


It is noted that the parties managed to achieve encouraging
results, including laying the foundation for further technical
consultations.
