Armenia’s Anti-Corruption Committee has reported uncovering cases of voter bribery in the Ararat Province.


The agency said that a supporter of the Prosperous Armenia party, acting together with several other individuals, allegedly bribed a number of voters in exchange for voting for the political force in elections to the National Assembly, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.


A criminal case has been opened in connection with the allegations.


Around ten people have been arrested, and searches have been carried out as part of the investigation.
