Arsine Minasyan, who previously spoke at a rally of the “Armenia” bloc led by former President Robert Kocharyan, is now a trusted representative of the “Strong Armenia” alliance.
According to Armenian media reports, Minasyan violated the election “day of silence” by calling on citizens to vote for the opposition.
A video of her appeal was circulated by opposition media outlets, including the publication Hraparak, as a reaction to the rules governing the pre-election silence period.
