One person has been killed and another injured in a Russian attack on the Dnipro district, Ukraine.


Writing on Telegram, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, said the strike caused a fire that engulfed a shop and nearby vehicles.
