Ukraine’s Armed Forces say Russia carried out an overnight attack on 14 April using four guided air-launched missiles and 129 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera and Italmas types.
Around 90 of the drones were Shahed systems, according to the military.
In a statement, the Ukrainian Air Force said air defence units had intercepted or suppressed one guided air-launched missile and 114 drones as of 08:00 local time, across the north, south and east of the country.
Authorities reported 12 drone strikes at eight locations. In addition, debris from downed drones fell at five separate sites.
The status of the remaining three missiles is still being clarified, the statement added.
