The Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defence Forces (IDF), Eyal Zamir, has ordered preparations for a potential resumption of hostilities against Iran.
According to the news portal Ynet, Zamir instructed the military to move into a heightened state of readiness and prepare for the possibility of renewed conflict in the near future.
Following this directive, Israeli military intelligence is rapidly compiling a list of targets that could be struck in the event of escalation.
