BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 30. President of
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have sent a
wreath to the farewell ceremony of People's Artist Rasim Balayev,
Trend reports.
The wreath was laid at the farewell ceremony of the deceased at
the Academic National Drama Theater.
The People's Artist will be buried in the First Alley of
Honor.
