Internet access in Iran has now been cut off for 288 hours, according to NetBlocks, a watchdog group tracking Internet security and governance.
“Statistics show that the internet shutdown in Iran has entered its thirteenth day, lasting more than 288 hours. The regime’s measures pose a direct threat to the safety, health, and well-being of civilians, who have a right to access information essential for survival,” the organisation stated on X.
