According to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, several facilities of the Iranian Red Crescent, including aid centres and warehouses, have sustained significant damage since the start of the war, Iran International has reported.
“Communities on all sides are already paying a heavy price, with deaths and injuries, and damage to homes, schools, hospitals, and other vital civilian infrastructure,” wrote Jagan Chapagain, Secretary General of the International Committee of the Red Cross, in a post on X.
