A civilian minibus operating in central Kherson came under a Russian drone attack on the morning of February 21, local authorities reported.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the strike injured the vehicle’s 71-year-old driver. He suffered a mine-blast injury along with multiple shrapnel wounds to the face.
Police officers quickly evacuated the injured man to a hospital, where he is currently receiving all necessary medical treatment.
