Ukraine’s Security Service chief has said 300 vessels belonging to Russia’s “shadow fleet” were hit in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea over 11 weeks.
Robert Brovdi said 134 vessels were targeted in the Sea of Azov and 166 in the Black Sea from 6 July 2026, ASTRA reports.
