More than 93,000 people live in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur economic regions as of early September, according to data from the State Statistical Committee.
During the reporting period, 39,269 people returned to their homes under the first state program on the Great Return, Caliber.Az reports.
The total number of people living in the liberated territories reached 93,203, the committee said.
