BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, August 31. A meeting
between President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has
commenced in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Trend's special correspondent
