Russian forces struck a market in Ukraine's Bilopillia community in the Sumy region with a drone on August 7, injuring 10 people, regional authorities said.
The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, said the attack targeted a market in the Bilopillia community.
According to Hryhorov, 10 people were injured in the strike. Two of the wounded are in a serious condition.
