BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 24. Iran does not
guarantee safe passage for any vessels operating outside the
established routes in the Strait of Hormuz.
This was reported by the Iranian Gulf Security Agency.
Tehran stated that all responsibility for the consequences of
deviations from established routes will be placed on ship owners,
captains, or ship operators.
