An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 has been recorded in the Philippines, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reports.
The tremor was registered on Wednesday, June 24, at 10:04 local time (06:04 Baku time). The epicentre was located approximately 75 kilometres west of the coastal area of Balingasay.
The quake had a depth of 10 kilometres.
According to preliminary data, there are no reports of casualties or infrastructure damage. Authorities did not issue a tsunami warning.
