BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 19. US Vice President
J.D. Vance canceled a previously planned trip to Switzerland to
sign a memorandum of understanding with Iran, the White House
says.
According to the information, the Vice President is not
currently scheduled to travel this evening. It is also noted that
further information on next steps will be provided as soon as it
becomes available.
The presidential administration emphasized that it expects
technical negotiations to begin as soon as possible.
