The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has stated that the return of National Leader Heydar Aliyev to power at the people’s request laid the foundation for strengthening the country’s independence and ensuring long-term development.
In a post on X, it extended congratulations to Azerbaijani citizens on National Salvation Day, describing it as a key turning point in Azerbaijan’s modern statehood that ensured the preservation of independence, established stability, and marked the beginning of a development Caliber.Az reports.
“The return of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev to power at the people’s demand laid the foundation for strengthening Azerbaijan's state independence and sustainable development. On the occasion of National Salvation Day, we wish our people peace, well-being, and prosperity!” the post noted.
