Azerbaijan and Ecuador are set to waive visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and service passports under a proposed agreement discussed in Baku.
The issue was discussed at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations, local media reports.
