Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to say whether Vladimir Putin plans to congratulate Donald Trump on his upcoming birthday, in comments to RTVI.

“There is still a lot of work on the Russian domestic agenda,” Peskov said when asked whether Putin intends to personally call Trump or send a congratulatory message.

Trump is set to mark his 80th birthday on June 14.

On the occasion of Trump’s previous birthday, Putin extended his congratulations during a phone conversation, during which the two leaders discussed bilateral relations as well as pressing international issues.
