Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced on June 3 that it had released footage showing the first moments of the attack on Terminal 1 (T1) of Kuwait International Airport, which authorities say involved an Iranian-made Shahed drone, according to KUNA.
The footage captures the initial impact of the attack on the passenger terminal.
“It caused loss of lives, severe human injuries, and significant material damage,” the post read.
Kuwait International Airport was previously targeted in an attack involving drones and missiles launched from Iran.
