BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 22. Vice President, Prime
Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, sent a congratulatory letter to
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Trend reports.
