Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister,
Minister of Presidential Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, has
sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Trend reports.

of Azerbaijan.
