Official representatives of Kazakhstan have visited the Urban Expo exhibition held as part of the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
On May 18, Deputy Prime Minister, Chief of Staff of the Government Galymzhan Koishybayev, Mayor of Astana Kassymbek Zhenis Mahmuduly, and Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel toured the exhibition pavilions, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Detailed information about the exhibition was presented to the delegation during their visit.
The Urban Expo, which covers an area of 3.5 hectares, brings together more than 217 organizations from 66 countries. It serves as a dynamic platform for governments, civil society institutions, academic circles, international organizations, and private sector representatives to exchange views, propose initiatives, and establish partnerships under the theme of WUF13, “Housing for All: Safe and Sustainable Cities and Communities.”
In addition, 45 companies and 14 startup projects are participating in the exhibition within the new “Business and Innovation Centre” platform.
