Secretary General of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, has arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 18 to participate in the 13th session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13).
The guest was welcomed by official representatives at Heydar Aliyev International Airport upon arrival, Caliber.Az reports per state media.
