Zimbabwe’s Vice President Constantino Guveya Dominic Chiwenga has arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
He was received at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli along with other officials, according to local media.
