Deryageldi Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan, arrived in Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, he was welcomed by officials upon landing, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
