Benjamin Netanyahu secretly visited the United Arab Emirates during Israel’s recent military campaign against Iran, according to a statement from his office posted on X.
During the undisclosed trip, Netanyahu held a meeting with UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said the visit marked a significant development in bilateral ties, stating: “This visit has led to a historic breakthrough in relations between Israel and the UAE.”
