An explosion has damaged a building belonging to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the western city of Lutsk.
The SBU facility sustained damage following the explosions, The Insider reports.
Local authorities have not yet issued an official statement on the incident, and no additional information regarding casualties or the extent of the damage has been confirmed.
